2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

• Payment methods include Cash on Delivery and secure online payment gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan within 3 to 5 working days.

• Free delivery is available for orders above PKR 10,000.

• A flat delivery charge of PKR 200 applies for orders below that amount.

• Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; Norah is not liable for any such delays.

4. Return & Exchange

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for return/exchange are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

5. Product Descriptions

• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate.

• Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting, which will not be considered a valid reason for return.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Norah is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
